iTex Lite offers an organisation the simplest way to develop a SMS communication channel. iTex Lite can be hosted and maintained by a third party organisation (for example Kirklees Metropolitan Council) that offer you a hosted solution which will only require you to have a web browser to administer and manage your own SMS account. To improve performance it is recommended that iTex Lite is implemented locally on your own infrastructure.

To utilise the Kirklees Metrpolitan Council Web Service, it will cost;
iTex Lite Set-up Charged at £328
iTex Line £12 per month per line
Administration Fee £500 per annum
Text Messages 5.5p per message

Kirklees Metropolitan Council will be able to provide you with the following services;
Telephone Support – 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday excluding public holidays
Onsite Service Call – Charged at £320 per day
Off Site Support – Charged at £42 per Hour
